About
Elizabeth Li ·
Chinese Tui Na & Wellness Practitioner
I am a bodywork practitioner with years of hands-on experience,
working with the body at a deep and structural level.
I work slowly, precisely, and with close attention to how each body responds.

My Training & Lineage
My primary hands-on method is rooted in the He Tu Luo Shu Health Massage (河图洛书推拿按摩保健技术)tradition,a traditional Chinese bodywork system passed down through six generations.
I trained under Kong Yan(孔岩), the sixth-generation inheritor of this tradition.
He Tu Luo Shu Health Massage was recognized in 2019 as a provincial-level Intangible Cultural Heritage practice in Heilongjiang Province, China.
About the Method
He Tu Luo Shu bodywork uses numerical patterns, directional sequences, and rotational movements derived from the traditional He Tu and Luo Shu diagrams.
It approaches the body as an interconnected whole, with an emphasis on balance, coordination, and overall function.
Practitioner Practice
The tradition of Ho- Lo TuI Na Health Massage emphasizes not only hands-on technique, but also the practitioner’s own physical practice, breathing, awareness, and whole-body coordination.
The quality of touch comes not only from the hands, but from the practitioner’s overall state, attention, and presence.
"I felt deep relief after just one session. My body felt lighter and more balanced."
